Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods; in the case of partial deliveries, on receipt of the last goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

We will refund all payments, including the standard delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your declaration of revocation. We will use the same means of payment for the refund; no fees will be charged for this. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days of submitting the revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the delivery of non-prefabricated goods that are manufactured according to individual selection/determination or are clearly tailored to personal needs,

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery,
